The work plan of the social worker in the institution is to stand by the students and help them in the psychological, practical, health and social aspects so that the students have sufficient awareness to deal with his colleagues and family members. The most important axes of this plan are the following:

preventive aspect:
This seems to create a good time to discuss with the students and understand the negative conditions they suffer from and the social conditions with which they coexist, and does the health condition of the person have a negative impact on the students’ learning.

Motivational side:
It is observing the student and paying attention to his favorite activities and talents. This aspect is reflected in supporting students in solving problems and helping them to overcome them and providing an atmosphere suitable for their creativity.
One of the most important duties of a social worker.

1- person service
Attempting to help individuals who suffer from problems that prevent them from benefiting from school programs and services, as it seeks to work with cases that have a direct impact on achieving the social function of the school, including: frequent absences, delays in the morning, behavioral problems.

2- Community service
Within the school, a group of school groups consists of a group of students with a common tendency to engage in a particular hobby. The social worker exploits this group to develop the choices of its members, encourage their hobby, and train them on the social behavior required by the community.

Psychologist
One of the school’s responsibilities is to provide psychological care to every child, help him, solve his problems, and take care of him, through guidance and direction, to ensure the child’s healthy psychological development.

Psychologist Duties
– Follow up the level of academic achievement for all groups in order to raise their levels to the maximum degree that their abilities enable them to do.
– Follow-up of students who excel academically and pledge their excellence and provide the care, encouragement and honor they deserve.
– Work to achieve the principles of sound preventive awareness in the health, educational, psychological and social aspects.
– Discovering tendencies, talents, abilities and aptitudes of the student, and nurturing them with care appropriate to their ages.
– Studying the cases of students with special difficulties and minor disabilities, limiting the different types of emotional disturbance, and preparing appropriate treatment programs for these cases.
